We cold mill all ingredients to order, chill vac pac them immediately, and ship them the same day for maximum flavor retention. We also produce custom milled and hand finished products for chefs who wish to employ these ingredients in historic and contemporary dishes.

Anson Mills Production Schedule
We mill on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Chefs who wish to have their orders shipped by the end of business Wednesday must place their orders by 9 PM Eastern time Tuesday evening.

Fulfillment
The UPS shipping calculator on our site incorrectly tabulates multiple box charges (above 67 pounds). Anson Mills would like to assure our online wholesale clients that we will adjust your shipping charges manually and confirm your final charges by email before milling your order.

Anson Mills ships via UPS. We offer Ground, Standard and Early AM Overnight, 2 and 3-day AIR, as well as COD delivery options. Catherine will be happy to discuss the details with you.

Minimum Shipment Requirements
Anson Mills requires a wholesale minimum order of 50 pounds. This minimum may comprise 2 25-pound bags, or any combination of ingredient bag sizes totaling 50 pounds. Chefs, please take advantage of reduced per pound freight rates by adding 10 to 15 pounds of any product to your minimum shipment. Anson Mills includes a $2 per bag pack fee in shipping charges. Our maximum per box weight is 67 pounds.
